The keyboard is a good start for beginners. Make sure you learn to use the chorus/accomp feature right away. A good start is to set at 002 rythym at 108 tempo beat and play left side of keyboard, press intro button to start and then C, then F, and you will build your own beat frrom this start. C, G, and F chorus keys sound good. I have been looking at others now that I have been playing and wished this had a record feature to play your melody and save it to add in piano later. Good luck!
